CAUSES OF ANGER

Anger can be triggered by various factors, such as within home or personal environment ,at work or or in public gathering arousing conflicts, unmet expectations, unfair treatment, feeling threatened or disrespected, or experiencing physical pain or discomfort.

When experiencing anger, the body goes through physiological changes, such as increased heart rate, elevated blood pressure, muscle tension, and the release of stress hormones like adrenaline and cortisol.
