EXISTING PRINCIPLES AND TRUTH

The existence of a man is as old as man awareness. As one exist in a particular environment, he tends to adapt to that environment by establishing any available adaptive instinct and creating theories from his experiences. As the procreate, the guilds there offsprings using there various experiences in accordance with the adapti skills gotten from environment.

let’s define what principle means (by Oxford language ) a fundamental truth or preposition that serves as a foundation for a system of belief or behavior or for a chain of reasoning . Searching from principle 

it also defines it as a general scientific theorem or law that has numerous special applications across a wield field

Webster defines it as a general or basic truth on which other truth or theories can be based this can be (make your research here search for principle ) 

The existing principles , thus emanates from events and challenges he encountered from that environment. All he encountered he complied verbally or in a written form and hands it over to his offspring to enable the sustainability and adaptations of the offspring.

As the multiply, the environment tends to be congested and the need to expansion arises. They begins to labour by clearing more area of land building tents in accordance of there needs and wants. Some other factors in relation to the climatic, ecological and many other natural factors becomes determinant to there creativity thus creating existed principle and establishing truth of the particular environment owing the environmental determinants

God in his infinite wisdom , disperse man to various environment which have different climatic nature. This climatic nature in turn, create impacts on the skin of man , making it to have different colors. The creator of nature in his  choice of color also created black propel and black peoples, he positioned them to befitting environment, adapting to there Colours.

The creation, of different climatic conditions and effects on various places and lands, forms an integral factor determining most of man’s ideas and way of life. This environments in consideration gives man an approaches to its principle creation and forms a yard stick in stating theories and truth(facts).

In adaptation to various environments  man found themselves. The set rules and regulations from there parents and elderly ones. This rules governs there way of life, thus called culture. This rules and regulations where created because of the necessity to correlate and control man’s tendencies to behave in such a way to cause harm to the environment and one another.

Mans activities and behaviors, becomes and integral manifestation of it environmental activities and factors. This man’s behavior due to environmental behavioral differences, creates uniqueness to different communities formed in different settlements they found themselves . There behavior and ways of reasoning synchronized in a pattern to replicates it’s environmental difference, Making people behave differently from one another , depending on there locations .

The difference in communication in the olden days, became a factor differentiating one community, village and country from each other . This difference in communication became a reality due to dispersion of man from its creator. For when a man procreate, he devices a means to communicate and relate with its offspring. This pattern/ ways of communication, becomes a language of communication passing from generation to generation of the man who gave birth to the children and the children continually gives birth forming a community and village speaking a particular language which helps them understand each other.

Owning to the fact  that a particular lineage created a communication ways , different language emanates then from other lineage making it look as if we are different from one another .(of course differences in language becomes the case and a form of discriminating factor).

Man in its found and established environments  forming and making its rules and regulation from the activities of that integral found environs became a cultural norms and in believe of goodness maintaining equity among themselves. Continually man add to there rules and regulations from behaviors noticed from its offsprings forming our belief systems and established truth.

Some of the Said principles and truth are being made in other to control man’s activity, especially to maintain peace and harmony among one another co existing within the geographical Area in question. Over the years this principles forms the traditional laws guiding the community or village. All this laws formed due to action and behavior exhibited by individuals over the years, tends to be modified with time owning to the civilization of man.

Taking into consideration the Holy Bible. The ancient times had there law as an Old Testament and as the years go by, due to civilization New Testament was introduced. This comes to show that principles of the world, country, state, village and community needs to be checkmated decades by decades in accordance with the improvement of man’s reasoning and civilization. Thus, the existing principles cannot be absolutely said to be true and one should not act as if the whole life depends on it.

In the olden days, there lived a selfish king. Very strong and influential. He conquered several villages and owned many territories. He personally established rule and regulations governing great majority of many territory and the obeys him with the fear of not being subdued. One of laws was established after he saw a beautiful girl in one of the territorial district under his jurisdiction and wanted to add him to his wives. The girl wore a piece of rapper which was very short at the moment , after the encounter, the Girl decided to always wear that long wrapper  due to the fact that she is in love with the best warrior of there clan. Amaobi is a young brave man, his stature can be use to qualify the statue of the Egyptian God. Everyone who come in contact with him automatically likes him and wishes to be a friend. The young Madian name is ugoonwa meaning the beauty of the sun. There togetherness fits so well that everyone admires there friendship and thanks the gods for such union. Because of the fact that ugoonwa do not wish to Leave his young lover or make the king to be in confrontation with him. That was why she decided to be wearing long pairs of cloth to cover her beautiful skin and to disguise herself . The king wasn’t delighted with the developments and warned the family of the girl not to allow her wore such, but the girl refused and eloped with her young lover to a far land . This made the king place a law on all the territory loyal to him ordering all young maidens not to wear something such long anymore. So the law came to stay. After many decades, people came wondering why such laws came to be and the elders as of the land then, have no singular idea of why the law was made but upheld it with there life. After some decades when the tyrant king was no more. Amaobi and ugoonwa came back given birth to  a young child so beautiful like a goddess and looked like a mixed breed of a white and a black. A mysterious thing happened which shocked the whole village and left the elders perplexed and the went consulting they oracle of the land. One of the most significant thing was that, instead of the child to cry, she spoke at once saying “the gods means well to his people and libration is upon us”. She was born to librate the village from the descendants of tyrant king who claimed there village and kept them slaves for decades. The child not up to two years of old began to tell the truth behind the principles existing in the land as regards to the laws which everyone upholds without bias . She let the village know why the young girls where mandated to always wear short ropes and revealed similar truth behind most existing laws of the land which was rooted in selfishness and greed.

So you see, some of the laws existing before us have origins, which can be either positive or negative. This is the more reason why we should always think about the laws existing, which our parents thought us and see if actually it worth obeying or true. The principle and truth should  always be verified by us to know if it is for the  well being of the society and to know if the laws are necessary.

Having laid some foundation about the principles and truth, I think we understand now that most of the laws guiding our country and various institutions both the churches, world and the society at large , most times, needs to be checked individually , high institutions and adjusted for the well being of society.

Taking into cognizance some global principles which have been redefined and checkmated in such a way as to bring growth to the worlds economy. I will highlight the TEN PRINCIPLE IN GLOBAL COMBACT OF UN. This principles where derived from the universal declaration of human right , the international labour organizations declaration on fundamental principles and right of work, the Rio declaration on environment and development and the united convention against corruption.

This principles of UN GLOBAL COMPACT  where classified in FOUR major parts

• HUMAN RIGHTS
• LABOUR
• ENVIRONMENT and
• ANTI CORRUPTION

THE TEN PRINCIPLES OF UN GLOBAL COMPACT are as follows

1. Business should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human right.

2. Make sure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses

3. Business should uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining

4. The elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labour

5. The effective abolition of child labour

6. The elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation

7. Businesses should support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges

8. Undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility

9. Encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies

10. Business should work against corruption in all forms, including extortion and bribery.

This 10 principles are of truth and transparency as being examined . In classification to human right, labour, environment and anti-corruption

   HUMAN RIGHT
